|Eligibility:||Competition is open to all youth athletes, USA Track & Field membership is|
required. To represent a club or organization, that group must be a
a current member in good standing, with USA Track & Field.
|Entry Fee:|| $4.00 per event, $16.00 per relay team.|
Entry fees ane not refundable.
|Entry:||All entries will be done on-line at CoachO Entries
All entries must be paid on-line by credit card.
The on -line reqistration deadline is Midnight Sunday March 25th. (MST)
Corrections may be made by noon March 27th, thru the Association Office.
After this time, there will be a $5 charge per event for changes or additions, including those done at packet pickup.
|No Mailed, Faxed, E-mail, or day of meet entries will be accepted.|
|Entry Limits:||Sub-Bantam, Bantam, and Midget - three events including relays. |
All others - four events including relays.
|Facilities:||Nine lane all weather track. Runway and ligh jump area are all weather. |
Shot Put and Discus are are concrete. Spikes 1/4 or less will be allowed.
Tents will only be allowed in the upper 12 rows of the stands, and on the
grassey area around the track. They may be setup starting Friday morning at dawn.
|Awards:||Custom medals will be awarded to the first 3 place finishers in each event, |
including relays. Ribbons will be awarded to the 4th thru 8th place finishers.
|Team Awards:||Team trophies will be awarded to the first, second, and third place teams, |
male and female in the Sub-Bantam, Bantam, Midget, and Youth
divisions. Ties for team awards will be broken using rule 9/4.
|Rules:||Current USA Track and Field rules will govern. Only competing athletes |
will be permitted on the track or infield area, except for medical emergencies.
|Protest:||All protests must be made in writing, to the referee, not later than 30 |
minutes after the results of an event have been announced and/or posted. Proper rule
reference must be cited. All protests must be accompanied by a $100.00
cash deposit. Deposit will be refuded if protest is upheld, forfeited if protest is denied.
|Two calls will be given for each event. Athletes in running events must |
report to the clerk of the course, ready to compete, and stay in the area.
Athletes must noftify the official in charge of their field event,
before leaving to report to the clerk for their running event. Athletes must
report back to their field event within 5 minutes of completion of their runing event.
|Field event athletes will check in directly to the official in charge if their event.|
All contestants will be given three trials in each field event, (except the
High Jump and Pole Vault). The athletes attaining the best nine marks will
advance to the finals, for three additional attempts. Each athlete will be given
a maximum of 3 warm up attempts prior to the start of the event.

Souvenir programs and custom Tee Shirts will be available.
|The Crown Plaza Hotel, Metrocenter, 2532 W. Peoria (@ I-17) will serve |
as meet Headquarters.
|Pre-meet information will be available Friday March 30th from 3:00 |
P.M. until 9:00 P.M.. This will include athlete numbers, performance lists,
number of heats, and events that will not have semi's. Scratches will be
accepted at that time. Additions, with late fees, will be accepted on a space available basis.
There will be no day of meet additions.
|The following motels are located within a 5 to 8 mile radius of the meet site. All Include a full or Continential breakfast in the price. Most motels are located on the I-17, (Black Canyon Hwy) or Westgate Sports Complex. Glendale Community College is located on Olive (Dunlap) and 59th Ave.|
