Legal & Business Affairs

An Intern in the Legal and Business Affairs Department is responsible for the following:

  • Conduct legal research for the department
  • Assist the General Counsel with various legal filings
  • Write Legal memoranda
  • General assistance and support to Legal & Business Affairs Department

Requirements for the position include:

  • 2nd or 3rd year student
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills (legal writing sample required)
  • Past work or internship experience in sports or legal environment helpful
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to produce error-free work.

Note: All interns with USA Track & Field are eligible to receive a stipend.  School credit and parking assistance can also be arranged.
