Masters Annual Reports - Southwest Region, 2005

The Southwest Masters Regional held its 3^rd annual indoor championship.

The records are being updated and are now listed as indoor and outdoor records.

This years outdoor championship was held at the University of Tulsa in the Oklahoma Association and attendance up a percentage larger than that of 2004. The outdoor championship is also scheduled to be rotated and will be held in the South Texas Association in 2006, no date has been set as of this time.

At this time there are four associations that do not hold a masters track and field championship. We have made every attempt to work with all of associations and are encouraging them to hold championships in every age division. It has been the view or perception of these associations that they are only a youth association and thus far do not have activities for other Master Athletics.
