MTF Historical Archi= ve Committee

We would link to thank you for your support of the 2009 Masters Track & Field
Historical Archive Committee. In 2009 the committee was able to preserve some
of the great treasures from Masters Track & Field past. In 2010 the committee would
like to continue the great efforts.

Mission Statement:

Masters Track & Field has a wonderful history that= the committee would like to
preserve for future generations. The committee will assist with gathering,
organizing, and archiving Masters Track & Field historical data on-line= .

2010 Steps= :

The committee will be responsible to continue gatherin= g and archive additional past
Masters Track & Field data. Data including meet results, pictures, biographies, and other data collecting efforts.

The Needs = of the Committee:

- Cost of a webmaster.
- Updating, and maintaining website.

- Gathering additional data and photos.

- Cost of scanning & copying materials.

- Cost of hosting service and web-name to be renewed d= uring 2010.

We are recommending a budget of $1,200.00 for the next fiscal year.
