United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA)
Education Sessions Sacramento July 22-25, 2010

As part of the preparation to implement athlete testing at the 2011 USA Masters Outdoor Championships, USADA will conduct education sessions in Sacramento. One is scheduled at 5:00 PM on Friday July 23rd and the other on Saturday at 8:00 AM. In addition to these sessions USADA will staff a USATF tent where representatives will answer your questions and provide useful handouts. I strongly encourage you to attend a session and hear it first hand from the experts. Specific details regarding how many tests, which athletes will be tested etc are still being discussed.

The USATF Masters Track & Field Committee was awarded $11,900 in support of the Masters Track & Field-Recruiting New Members initiative. The grant will fund the purchase of projection equipment and supporting materials for seven region coordinators in support of the masters committee (Forever Fast) initiative to recruit masters athletes.
