SECTION II
DEFINITIONS
L. World Association of ((Veteran)) Masters Athletes:
The international administrative body for Masters Athletics, hereinafter
referred to as "W((AV))MA [TDL1]";.

SECTION V
DUTIES
A. In addition to those duties set forth elsewhere in these rules, MTF
shall:
4. Select delegates to represent MTF at W((AV))MA
General Assembly and NCCW((AV))MA meetings.
9. In conjunction with the MLDR nominate a
candidate for the IAAF Veterans committee and each elected position in W((AV))MA[TDL2]
.

COMPOSITION
OF THE COMMITTEE [TDL3]
MTF shall be composed as follows:
C. Other organization members: One (1)
member to be named by any sports organization listed in Exhibit ((C-1)) B or
C((-2)) (USATFBy-Laws), that conduct, officiate, or has coaching involvement in
masters athletics[TDL4] .

SECTION VII
MEETINGS
Regulations governing meetings of MTF shall be as follows:

following order:

SECTION VIII
OFFICERS
AND THEIR DUTIES
D. The officers shall perform the following duties and all other duties
prescribed elsewhere in these Operating Rules, or by action taken by MTF.
1. The duties of the Chair of MTF shall be as
follows:

SECTION IX
EXECUTIVE
COMMITTEE
A. The Executive Committee shall be composed of the Officers, the Regional
Coordinators, the MTF representative to the USATF Board of Directors, the chair
of the ((championships)) Games committee, one active athlete from MTF, and one
additional member to be appointed by the Chair [TDL6] .

SECTION XI
SUBCOMMITTEES
Subcommittees shall be designated as standing subcommittees or special
subcommittees.
E. The following serves as a brief description of the task of each
standing subcommittee:
2. The Combined-events Subcommittee shall solicit
bids for multi-events championships, oversee the conduct of these events((, and
serve as a resource to the National Championships Organizing Committees[TDL7]
)).
3. The Weight Events Subcommittee shall solicit
bids for weight championships, oversee the conduct of these events((, and serve
as a resource to the National Championships Organizing Committees[TDL8] )).
6. The ((Championships)) Games Subcommittee shall
review Criteria for Hosting Championships and the Procedures for Site
Selection; secure bids for championship sites, coordinate the selection
process and work with Championship Organizing Committees to ensure the success
of the events. [This item held open for discussion of duties of
Championship Committee]
7. The Communications
Subcommittee shall review all print and broadcast exposure and make
recommendations for improvement; develop a communications guide for
Championships Organizing Committees. ((The chair of this subcommittee shall
serve on the USATF Communications Committee and as a resource to Championship
Organizing Committees.))
