Return Policy & Procedures
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date, provided the returned merchandise is unworn, unwashed, not a clearance item and has the tags attached or is defective - restrictions may apply. A refund for the purchased product price will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable.

Return Your Order: While USATF does not offer exchange options, you may return your order for a refund by following the steps below. To expedite receiving a different size, we recommend placing a new order. Then, return your original item(s) for a refund.
Determine if your product is eligible for a refund (within 30 days, unworn, unwashed, not a clearance item and has tags attached) or is defective.
Return a copy of your order form and the merchandise to:

We will process your refund once we receive your return and email you a Return/Refund confirmation.
Other terms: Certain products carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we regret that we are unable to refund the difference in price. All return shipping costs are nonrefundable and the responsibility of the customer. If there is any damage to a product upon delivery, please contact a USATF representative immediately. No refunds will be issued on clearance items or event purchases. All of these sales are final.

Shipping & Delivery
USA Track & Field processes and ships orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

USATF Customers will receive an Order Confirmation email and a Shipping Confirmation email. Your Shipping Confirmation email will contain your order tracking information.
Shipping Locations: USATF ships to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. USATF does not ship to P.O. Boxes – please provide an alternative physical address. USATF also ships internationally. International shipping costs vary with every order based on weight, country and other various shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and fees related to their package/order.
Shipping Transit Timelines: This map shows estimated UPS Ground (Preferred USATF shipping method) transit shipping timelines AFTER orders are shipped from our distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Order fulfillment takes 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) to process and ship before the transit times are applicable.
Please note, the above UPS Ground shipping transit timelines from Indianapolis are used as a guideline. USATF does not guarantee delivery based on these transit timelines.
Shipping cost is determined by adding the base shipping cost and the cost of each additional item. Shipping domestically costs $6.95 for the first item, $1.95 for each additional item ($0.50 for each additional publication). International shipping costs vary with every order based on weight, country and other various shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and fees with respect to receive their package.
USATF prefers VISA, and also accepts MasterCard and Discover as forms of payment.

Authorization: Some Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order submission. In most cases, this is an authorization only. For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Promotional Codes: When redeeming a promotional or discount code, a valid code will display the adjusted price in the payment summary. Discounts are not applicable to tickets or other items as noted on the respected product information pages. Promotional codes are only valid in the USATF Online Store and are not available at events or for any other offline transactions. Promotional codes and corresponding discounts can only be used during the original online transaction, we are unable to retroactively apply discounts to orders. Only one promotional discount code will be accepted per order.
Fitting & Sizing
Selecting the correct size can be a challenge when buying online. Don’t worry, we’re here to assist you! All of the apparel in our Online Store is Nike. Generally, whatever size you typically wear in Nike products is what we would recommend you purchase.

We order our merchandise months before it is available for sale online, about six to nine months in advance! The Nike USATF merchandise is also unique in how each item designed and embellished. All of these steps take careful planning, creative design and time. Therefore, we’re unable to reorder an item when it runs out of stock.
