Shipping Information
Does USATF ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
USATF is able to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Most domestic orders ship with either USPS or UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; so please provide an alternative physical shipping address whenever possible (work address, family member, neighbor) to help ensure delivery. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping domestically cost $6.95 for the first item and $1.95 for each additional item ($0.50 for each additional publication). The shipping price is determined by adding the shipping cost of the first item to the shipping cost for each additional item.

How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?
USATF will process and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days, subject to availability. Orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise indicated. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will receive a UPS tracking number along with a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. If your order is shipped via USPS, you will simply receive a shipping confirmation email.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email from USATF (2-3 business days after your initial order confirmation), which will include shipping information. If your order has been shipped via UPS, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Then, you will be able to visit UPS.com and you can track your order by entering the tracking number.
Does the USATF Store ship Internationally?
Yes! The USATF Online Store ships all over the world.
International Shipping costs vary with every order. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight of package, shipping location and other various UPS charges. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you during checkout. Your shipping price will be displayed before you complete your order.
Customs, Duties, Taxes and other fees
Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and fees with respect to receiving their package.

Exchanges and Returns
What is your exchange/return policy?
Returns/Exchanges are easy.
Guidelines:
- Unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased exclusively from USATF.org can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days of the receipt of order (15 days for publications, videos or event purchases).

How do I exchange my USATF merchandise?
Follow these easy steps for returns and exchanges: IMPORTANT: Only USATF apparel purchased from USATF.org, unworn and unwashed may be returned or exchanged.

- Please include a copy of the original packing sheet with the following information:
- Whether you are exchanging or returning your merchandise
- Your shipping address (where we should send your exchange/refund)
- A daytime phone number and/or e-mail address
- If you’re exchanging, please check the availability and indicate the size(s) you want.
Other terms: Certain items carry their own return policies, and the above guidelines do not apply. If this applies to your item, you will receive a separate return policy with your item that contains additional details.
Refunds and exchanges will be granted only for the original purchase price. Specifically, if an item goes on sale after you purchase it, we regret that we are unable to refund the difference in price.
We reserve the right to limit returns. Additional charges may apply for international exchanges.

How do I return my USATF merchandise for a refund?
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges cannot be refunded unless determined necessary by USATF.
To return your unworn and unwashed merchandise for a refund, please indicate so on the packing sheet when returning your item(s).
Refunds are processed shortly after receiving the return. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not reimburse shipping for returned merchandise.
Do I have to pay to ship my merchandise back to USATF?
Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise back to USATF. We do not offer return-shipping labels; however, for an exchange we will pay for the shipping costs to send your item(s) back to you. If USATF sent the incorrect item or size, we will reimburse the cost of returning the merchandise to USATF via the original method of payment upon the arrival of the merchandise at the USATF office (up to $7.95).
Which method of shipping should I use to send my USATF merchandise back?
You can choose any method you like (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as USATF will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit. Also, by securing a tracking number for your package, you can track your package via your providers’ website to ensure your exchange/return arrived to USATF.
How do I know my exchange/return has been processed?
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us. Once your package has been received, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the outcome. You may
email us or call (317) 713-4680 to check the status of your return.
What if I was shipped the wrong item(s)?
We apologize for any shipping mistakes, please
contact us and we will be happy to correct it as quick as possible.
What if I receive Damaged or Defective Item(s)?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at 317 713-4680 or by
e-mail. Please supply the USATF representative with your order number, item name and item number from your initial confirmation email.
USATF will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
Can I return USATF merchandise I bought from an event?
USATF Merchandise purchased from an event may be exchanged for a different size within 15 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be issued as all events sales are final. Please follow the return/exchange instructions above. If you have any questions,

Promo Code Details
Do restrictions apply when using a promo code to access a special discount?
When a promo code is used to access a special discount, the following restrictions apply:
1. Discount is not applicable to tickets, greeting cards, or other items as noted on the respective product information pages.
2. Promo code and corresponding discount is only available for a limited time. See e-mail or other promotional details for the exact time period for a specific promo code.
3. Promo code and corresponding discount can only be used during the original online transaction (i.e., we are unable to retroactively apply discounts).
4. Promo code is only valid in the USATF Online Store (www.usatf.org/store/) and is not available at events or for other offline transactions.
5. Promo codes can only be used individually and may not be combined with any other promo codes.

What size should I order?
All USATF merchandise is exclusive, original designed Nike apparel. Our Nike USATF apparel runs true to size unless noted otherwise. We recommend ordering the size you normally wear in Nike apparel.
