All online and onsite registrations require a credit or debit card for payment. No cash or personal checks will be accepted.

Refund policy: 1/2 of the registration fee ($ 102.50) will be refunded after the pre- registration deadline and no refund will be given after the start date of the school.

Any student requesting ADA accommodations must make that request at the time of completing the application/registration, and support the request with the appropriate documentation sent to the Director of Coaching, Said application/registration must be completed no later than six (6) weeks prior to the school opening in order to ensure the availability of any such reasonable accommodations or other required assistance during the Level 1 coaching school.

John Hartpence: is in his second stint at Hamilton College (NY) after eight years as the Head Coach for the Cross Country and Track & Field programs at Defiance College (OH).  John was twice named HCAC Coach of the Year, while at Defiance, and was two-time USTFCCCA Regional Coach of the Year, while serving as the Head Track & Field Coach at Dickinson College (PA), where his teams earned six conference titles. John has guided athletes to NCAA DIII All-American status in eleven different events. He is a USATF Level 2 Coach in Jumps and Throws.
Rogers Glispy: is Athletic Director at Community College of Philadelphia after serving successfully there as track & field and cross country coach.  As a coach, his teams won eight state championships and nine state conference championships and earning Glispy Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association Cross-Country Coach of the Year on six occasions. He is Level 2 certified in Jumps and Endurance and recently attended the IAAF Level 5 Sprints/Hurdles/Relays Academy.
David Pavlansky: was head boys' track and cross country coach at Boardman High School from 1999 –2010.  Twice named OAT&CCC District 1 Boys' Track Coach of the Year, Dave received the 2007 Fred Daffler State Coach of the Year Award for Boys' Cross Country.  In his 11 years as a head coach, Boardman’s track teams won 6 league and 7 district championships, produced Indoor and Outdoor state champions as well as two Nike All-Americans while competing in 14 separate Nike/New Balance National Championships.  In 2007 he was among 10 sprint coaches selected nationwide to attend the USATF Emerging Elite Coaches' School in Orlando, Florida. Dave has USATF Level 2 certifications in Jumps, Endurance, and Sprints / Hurdles / Relays and he currently serves as USATF Regional Coordinator of Coaching Education for the Midwest.
