All online and onsite registrations require a credit or debit card for payment. No cash or personal checks will be accepted.

Refund policy:  1/2 of the registration fee ($ 102.50) will be refunded after the pre- registration deadline and no refund will be given after the start date of the school.

Any student requesting ADA accommodations must make that request at the time of completing the application/registration, and support the request with the appropriate documentation sent to the Director of Coaching, terry.crawford@usatf.org. Instructors


Katie Adams: is in her third year at Wellesley College as the throws coach after debuting the throws program in 2015-2016. Previously, she coached for six years combined at Salem and Pelham High Schools and Pinkerton Academy.  She is an USATF Level 3 / IAAF Level V coach in the throws. Adams has also completed the Level 2 programs in the sprints/hurdles/relays & youth specialization. She has coached multiple division and state champions, as well as all-state selected athletes.
 
Jennifer Potter: has led the Ithaca Women's Track & Field program since 2003. Potter, an all-American sprinter at Ithaca, has led the Bombers to seven indoor and 10 outdoor NYS collegiate titles. She has guided the team to 22 Empire 8 titles in 24 total indoor and outdoor seasons. She has also been received “Coach of the Year” honors from the Empire 8 Conference, NYS Collegiate Track Conference and for the Atlantic Region over 20 times. Potter has coached more than 60 All-Americans during her head coaching career. Potter, who earned her master’s degree from Marshall in 1994, holds USATF Level 2 Certifications in Sprints/Hurdles/Relays and Jumps. 

Joel Pearson: Director of Cross Country, Track & Field at Harrier Track Club. Previously, Joel was the Director at Cardinal Stritch University. During his time, the Wolves captured six national champions, 34 all-Americans, 42 National Qualifiers, and set an NAIA National DMR record. A USATF Level 3 / IAAF Level V Academy Coach - Endurance, Joel holds USATF Level 2 certifications in Endurance, Combined Events, Sprint/Hurdles, Jumps, and Youth. He holds a Masters in Sport Management.
