Refund policy: 1/2 of the registration fee ($ 102.50) will be refunded after the pre- registration deadline and no refund will be given after the start date of the school.

Any student requesting ADA accommodations must make that request at the time of completing the application/registration, and support the request with the appropriate documentation sent to the Director of Coaching, Said application/registration must be completed no later than six (6) weeks prior to the school opening in order to ensure the availability of any such reasonable accommodations or other required assistance during the Level 1 coaching school.

Joel Pearson:Director of Cross Country, Track & Field at Harrier Track Club, Distance coach at Meridian Community College. Previously, Joel was the Director at Cardinal Stritch University. During his time, the Wolves captured six national champions, 34 all-Americans, 42 National Qualifiers, and set an NAIA National DMR record. A USATF Level 3 / IAAF Level V Academy Coach - Endurance, Joel holds USATF Level 2 certifications in Endurance, Combined Events, Sprint/Hurdles, Jumps, and Youth. He holds a Masters in Sport Management. 

Katie Adams: is in her second year at Wellesley College as the throws coach after debuting the throws program in 2015-2016. Previously, she coached for six years combined at Salem and Pelham High Schools and Pinkerton Academy.  She is an USATF Level 3 / IAAF Level V coach in the throws. Adams has also completed the Level 2 programs in the sprints/hurdles/relays & youth specialization. She has coached multiple division and state champions, as well as all-state selected athletes.

Asha Gibson: Asha Gibson enters her fourth year serving as the sprints and hurdles coach for the Tennessee State track and field team in 2017-18. A native of Birmingham, Ala., Gibson graduated Magna Cum Laude from Jacksonville State University in Health Education and received her Master’s degree in Physical Education w/ emphasis in Human Performance. She has earned USATF Level 2 certifications in Sprints, Hurdles, Relays and Jumps.  Gibson is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has participated in the USOC/USATF Emerging Elite Coaches Camp at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA.
