All online and onsite registrations require a credit or debit card for payment. No cash or personal checks will be accepted.

Refund policy: 1/2 of the registration fee ($ 102.50) will be refunded after the pre- registration deadline and no refund will be given after the start date of the school.

If you have any difficulties with the online registration process, please contact the School Director.

Any student requesting ADA accommodations must make that request at the time of completing the application/registration, and support the request with the appropriate documentation sent to the Director of Coaching, Said application/registration must be completed no later than six (6) weeks prior to the school opening in order to ensure the availability of any such reasonable accommodations or other required assistance during the Level 1 coaching school.

Parking Information

Parking Information: South Garage
The primary visitor parking area is the South Garage.  It can be accessed from Wyman Park Drive, between San Martin Drive and Art Museum Drive.  The garage is located underneath Mason Hall. The garage will operate without parking attendants and is open 24 hours per day. However, the Parking Office in the garage will generally be staffed daily from 8:00am - 6:00pm to assist customers.

The exit gates are programmed to accept paid entry tickets, exit vouchers and credit cards.  The Pay Station is in the vestibule next to the Parking Office.

Within walking distance of our Johns Hopkins classroom, the Inn at the Colonnade is an exceptionally convenient location. 


David Pavlansky: was head boys' track and cross country coach at Boardman High School from 1999 –2010.  Twice named OAT&CCC District 1 Boys' Track Coach of the Year, Dave received the 2007 Fred Daffler State Coach of the Year Award for Boys' Cross Country.  In 2007 he was among 10 sprint coaches selected nationwide by the USATF to attend the Emerging Elite Coaches' School in Orlando, Florida.  During Dave’s tenure Boardman teams produced both Indoor and Outdoor state champions as well as two Nike All-Americans.  Dave has USATF Level 2 certifications in Jumps, Endurance, and Sprints / Hurdles / Relays and he currently serves as USATF Regional Coordinator of Coaching Education for the Midwest and Upper East Coast.
Lawrence W Judge, Ph.D., CSCS*D, RSCC*E: Larry is a professor of Kinesiology and coordinator of the graduate coaching program at Ball State University. He has 18 years of Division I coaching experience with Indiana State University, the University of South Carolina, the University of Wyoming and the University of Florida. He is currently the USA Track & Field national chairman for coaching education. He is the Indiana State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also a Level 3 instructor in the International Association of Athletics Federation's (IAAF) coaching education program. He has coached more than 100 NCAA Division I All Americans, including nine Olympians. He has served as an assistant coach for the United States for the 2012 and 2016 Paralympic Games and helped tutor Gold Medalists Jeremy Campbell and David Blair in the F44 discus throw. 

Rogers Glispy: is Director of Athletics at Community College of Philadelphia, where he previously served as track & field and cross country coach.  As a coach, his teams won eight state championships and nine state conference championships,  earning Glispy Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association Cross-Country Coach of the Year on six occasions. Glipsy is USATF Level 2 certified in Jumps and Endurance and attended the IAAF/USATF Academy for Sprints/Hurdles/Relays in 2013.
