All online and onsite registrations require a credit or debit card for payment. No cash or personal checks will be accepted.

Refund policy:  1/2 of the registration fee ($ 95.00) will be refunded after the pre- registration deadline and no refund will be given after the start date of the school.

Any student requesting ADA accommodations must make that request at the time of completing the application/registration, and support the request with the appropriate documentation sent to the Director of Coaching, terry.crawford@usatf.org. Instructors

David Pavlansky: was the head boys' track and cross country coach at Boardman High School from 1999 –2011.  Twice named OAT&CCC District 1 Boys' Track Coach of the Year, Dave received the 2007 Fred Daffler State Coach of the Year Award for Boys' Cross Country.  In 2007 he was among 10 sprint coaches selected nationwide by USATF to attend the Emerging Elite Coaches' Camp in Orlando, Florida.  During Dave’s tenure Boardman teams won 6 league and 7 district championships, producing numerous All-Ohio athletes, Indoor and Outdoor state champions, and two Nike All-Americans.  Dave has USATF Level 2 certifications in Jumps, Endurance, and Sprints / Hurdles / Relays and he currently serves as USATF Regional Coordinator of Coaching Education for the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.

Lawrence W Judge, Ph.D., CSCS*D, RSCC*E, Throws Instructor: Larry is a professor of Kinesiology and coordinator of the graduate coaching program at Ball State University. He has 18 years of Division I coaching experience with Indiana State University, the University of South Carolina, the University of Wyoming and the University of Florida. He is currently the USA Track & Field national chairman for coaching education. He is the Indiana State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also a Level 3 instructor in the International Association of Athletics Federation's (IAAF) coaching education program. He has coached more than 100 NCAA Division I All Americans, including nine Olympians. He has served as an assistant coach for the United States for the 2012 and 2016 Paralympic Games and helped tutor Gold Medalists Jeremy Campbell and David Blair in the F44 discus throw. 

Rogers Glispy: is Athletic Director at Community College of Philadelphia after serving successfully there as track & field and cross country coach.  As coach his teams won eight state championships and nine state conference championships, earning Glispy Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association Cross-Country Coach of the Year on six occasions. He is Level 2 certified in Jumps and Endurance and recently attended the IAAF Level 5 Sprints/Hurdles/Relays Academy.
 
Fred Benlein, C.S.C.S., ACSM EP-C: is an IAAF Level 5 Endurance Coach, USATF Level 3 Endurance Coach, Level 2 Sprints/Hurdles Coach and USTFCCCFA Endurance Events Specialist. He has coached high school, collegiate, professional, post collegiate, masters and disabled athletes from entry to national level for 30+ years. He has owned his own business for 20 years as an LDR/Track & Field Coach and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is currently the Assistant Coach Cross Country and Track and Field at The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
