All online and onsite registrations require a credit or debit card for payment. No cash or personal checks will be accepted.

Refund policy: 1/2 of the registration fee ($ 95.00) will be refunded after the pre- registration deadline and no refund will be given after the start date of the school.

Any student requesting ADA accommodations must make that request at the time of completing the application/registration, and support the request with the appropriate documentation sent to the Director of Coaching, Said application/registration must be completed no later than six (6) weeks prior to the school opening in order to ensure the availability of any such reasonable accommodations or other required assistance during the Level 1 coaching school.

There are endless lodging options in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada.  The nearest options are Red Rock Casino Resort, The Palms Hotel & Casino, The Orleans Hotel & Casino or any resort on the southern end of The Las Vegas Strip.


Tyrel Cooper: School Director - Track & Cross Country Coach- Arbor View HS. Coach Cooper holds USATF Level 2 certifications in Sprints/ Hurdles, Combined Events and Endurance.  He also holds a USATF Level 3/ IAAF Level 5 certification in Endurance Events.  He has had a successful coaching career at AVHS guiding the girls XC program to the 2013 State Championship, 2009 State Runner-Up and a 2012 3rd place finish.  The women’s track program finished as State Runner-Up in 2015 and 3rd place in 2013.  Coach Cooper is the Track & Cross Country Coordinator for the Clark County School District, and also works with post-collegiate sprinters as an assistant coach for the Triple Crown Elite Sprint Camp.
Melissa Ferry: Instructor - Head Coach of the Men’s and Women’s Track and Field/Cross Country teams at Virginia Union University. This year Panther men produced 11 NCAA Provisional Qualifiers, second team All-America, 8 USTFCCCA All-Region designations, 5 individual CIAA titles, 27 All-Conference performances, and 7 school records. The women additionally set three school records. Previously she headed Mount Vernon HS in Virginia, winning three AAU and two USATF Youth Indoor Championship titles. Coach Ferry holds a USATF Level 2 - Sprints/Hurdles/Relays and Youth Specialization, is completing a PhD in Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University, and captained the women’s team at George Mason University as an athlete.
Cornelius Young: Instructor - Assistant Coach - Oglethorpe University. Neil is responsible for Sprints/Hurdles, Throws and Jump events. Young has earned USATF Level 3 and IAAF Level 5 certifications (the highest attainable) in Jumps as well as participating in USOC/USATF Emerging Elite Coaches Camp and Master Coach Mentorship for Sprints/Hurdles/Relays.  He has a USATF Level 2 certification in Combined Events. In addition, he holds Strength and Conditioning credentials recognized by NCAA and other organizations. Young is a catalyst to success of many upcoming elite athletes.
