Coach Credentialing Procedures for USA Track & Field Championships
Attention to all coaches requesting a credential for the USA Indoor and Outdoor Championships, the USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships or USA Olympic Trials.
Coaches requesting a credential must be a current member of the USATF Coaches Registry. The current list can be found here. Coaches MUST have a current membership to validate either their one year TC Logic background screen or the two year NCSI background screen and appear on the published list of registered coaches.
No applications for the Coaches Registry will be processed during the credentialing process at Championship meets. It is approximately a 10 day process from time of background screen application until a coach’s name appears on the Coaches Registry list. For more information on the Coaches Registry visit http://www.usatf.org/Resources-for---/Coaches.aspx; and click “Begin the Application Process” or you may click at the bottom of this page.
