Friends & Family Refund Policy

If your trip to the 2016 London Summer Games is contingent upon a particular athlete's qualification, Ludus Tours is offering a refund policy for friends and family of the athletes: Packages will be refundable (minus an administrative fee) for up to two days after USATF announced the team (date TBD in the summer of 2016). The athlete's name must be stated upon booking in order to be eligible for the refund.
