INDIANAPOLIS - The 2013 USA Masters 10 km Championships will be hosted by the James Joyce Ramble on April 28 in Dedham, Mass., USA Track & Field announced Thursday.

This will be the first USA Track & Field national championship hosted by the James Joyce Ramble. The 30-year-old event starts and finishes at the Endicott Estate which is on the National Register of Historic Places.

“The Masters Long Distance Running Committee seeks to provide to our masters athletes championships that are truly outstanding,” said committee chair Don Lein. “This is the 30th anniversary of the James Joyce Ramble 10 km, which enjoys a reputation for being both a quality road race and also a cultural experience. The entire masters community looks forward to participating in and enjoying this event.”
