Amy Yoder Begley, a 2008 Team USA Olympian and 2009 World Outdoor Championships 10,000m finalist, has been named the women’s cross country coach and assistant women’s track and field coach at the University of Connecticut. In addition to work on the cross country team, Yoder Begley will coach distance and middle-distance runners in track and field.

Yoder Begley has won three combined USA Indoor and Outdoor titles in the 3,000m and 10,000m along with the 2001 NCAA Outdoor title competing for the University of Arkansas. She was also a 15-time NCAA Division I All-American.
