During Saturday’s Jesse Owens Hall of Fame Banquet, Bill Hickman and Len and Karen Krsak were presented with special recognition from USATF President Stephanie Hightower. Hickman was given the Robert Giegengack Award which the Krsak family were honored with the Heliodoro and Patricia Rico Lifetime Achievement Award.
Serving USATF for nearly 40 years, Hickman is a certified masters level official and officiated at the 1984 Olympic Games. He was member of the IAAF Anti-Doping Commission from 1999 until 2003 and has been president of Pacific Northwest Track & Field and served as a member of the USATF Competition Committee and the Law and Legislation Committee.
