FINAL MEDAL TABLE – NACAC U-23 Championships

Team USA concluded competition in the North America-Central America and Caribbean Under-23 (NACAC U-23) Championships in Guanajuato, Mexico, by bringing its total medal count all the way up to a total of 67 medals, which included 31 gold medals.
