Top athletes to developed under Alford-Sullivan include Bridget Franek, Connie Moore, Shana Cox and Casmir Loxam.

No less than 14 conference and regional coach of the year honors have been awarded to Alford-Sullivan in her 14 years of coaching the Nittany Lions. Some of the top athletes coached by Holloway include: Derrick Atkins, John Capel, Kerron Clement, Jeff Demps and Tony McQuay.

Holloway is a four-time recipient of the USTFCCCA’s Men’s Coach of the Year award, having received the honor three times for the indoor season and once for the outdoor season.
