Entry Information

Online registration for the 2015 USATF Cross Country Championships has ended. On site registration will commence on Friday, February 6 at the Millennium Harvest House Boulder. Late registration will run from 9:00am – 5:00pm in the Millennium Room. On-site entry fees may be paid by cash or check and incur an additional $60 on-site entry fee ($100 total) per athlete. Faxed and day-of-race entries will not be accepted. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

You must be a 2015 USATF member to enter the Championships. If you do not have a 2015 membership, please complete a membership application first. You must also meet the eligibility requirements.

The entry fee for the Championships is $40. There is no additional fee for teams. Late entries incur an additional $25 late fee ($65 total) pr athlete. Online entries must be paid for by credit card or electronic funds transfer ("electronic check"). On-site entry fees may be paid by cash or check at packet pick-up at the Meet Headquarters Hotel on Friday and incur an additional $60 on-site entry fee ($100 total) per athlete. Faxed and day-of-race entries will not be accepted. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Team and Individual Entries
All team entries should be completed using the Team Entry module (located on the registration form as "Club Login for Team Registrations"). If athletes are not entered through the Team Entry module, the team must complete the Team Declaration form at packet pick-up in order to indicate its scoring runners and form a scoring team. Individuals not competing as part of a team should enter using the Individual Entry module (located on the registration form as "Individual Registration").

Entry Process

  • The preferred method of entry is online.
  • To enter the Championships online, you will be required to provide your 2015 USATF membership number and password (click here to retrieve your password if you don't know it). For entries close to the deadlines: although we will make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee responses to requests for passwords. Please enter early!

Declarations
Access to the USATF Club Management Area is available to the person listed as the main contact on your original yearly member club application form, as well as club coaches and club administrators as designated by the main club contact. To gain access to your club, email your club's main contact with your name, individual membership number, and role within the club. Note: access to the Management Area is limited to those people who are current individual members of USATF. If you joined as a new individual member instead of renewing, please e-mail your club's main contact person to have your new membership number attached to your club profile. You can find your club contact information at: https://www.usatf.org/clubs/search/

* If your club does not appear on the list, it may be because the club hasn't renewed for the current year. Please contact your local Association for more information.

Open Men, Open Women Teams
Note that only six athletes are allowed to be on the final team declaration per event. The first six athletes listed on your team's declaration shall comprise your club's declared team unless a revised team declaration is submitted online no later than 3:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. MT) on Monday, February 2, 2015. Onsite revisions to final team declarations may be submitted in-person at packet pick-up no later than 5:00 p.m. MT, February 6, 2015. Declaration forms will be made available at packet pick-up.

Masters Men’s & Women’s Teams

Masters Men 40+ and Masters Men 50+ Teams
A maximum of nine (9) individuals shall be declared per team (5 score).

Master Men 60+Masters Men 70+ and Masters Men 80+ and all Master Women 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and 80+ Teams 
A maximum of five (5) individuals shall be declared per team (3 score).
 
Note: * An amendment from the 2014 USATF Annual Meeting on December 5, 2014 has reduced the M60+ teams to a maximum of five (5) individuals declared per team with three (3) to score. This amendment will be in effect for the 2015 calendar year and will be in effect at the 2015 USATF Cross Country Championships.
 
All Masters Teams
Note that only five or nine athletes are allowed to be on the final team declaration per team respective of team division. If you have listed more than five/nine athletes on your team’s online declaration form, only the first five/nine athletes listed on your team's declaration shall comprise your club's declared team unless a revised team declaration is submitted online no later than 3:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. MT) on Monday, February 2, 2015. Onsite revisions to final team declarations may be submitted in-person at packet pick-up no later than 5:00 p.m. MT, February 6, 2015.
