USATF National Club Team 8km Championships
The Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle – the world’s largest 8 km road race – will host its sixth annual Elite Club Competition for USATF – member racing teams. The event has established a strong tradition of attracting the top local, regional and national club teams to the flat and fast streets of Chicago to compete for a $20,000 prize purse.
Last year’s edition – which served as the USATF National Club Team 8 km Championships – featured 46 teams from across the U.S. The Hansons-Brooks Distance Project of Michigan were crowned national champions in both divisions, with hard-fought victories over the Asics Aggie of California on the men’s side and Cleveland Elite Development of Ohio on the women’s side.
We hope your club will be part of the action again this year, as the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K continues its tradition of being one of the year’s premier competitions for elite USATF Club teams.
