You must be a 2012 or 2013 USATF member to enter the Championships. If you do not have a 2012 or 2013 membership, please complete a membership application first. You must also meet the eligibility requirements.
Entry Fees and Deadlines
on or before 11/30/12 at 11:59 p.m. ET
on or before 12/3/12 at 3:00 p.m. ET
There is NO onsite or day-of-race entries for the USATF National Club Cross Country Championship.
The entry fee for the Championships is $35 per athlete. Late online entries incur an additional $25 late fee per athlete (total $60]. There is no additional fee for teams.
Online entries must be paid for by credit card ("Visa - the only credit card accepted by USATF") or electronic funds transfer ("electronic checks"). Faxed, onsite, and day-of-race entries will not be accepted. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Team and Individual Entries
All team entries should be completed using the Team Entry form. If athletes are not entered through the Team Entry form, the team must complete the Online Team Declaration form (see below) in order to indicate its scoring runners and form a scoring team.
Individuals not competing as part of a team should enter using the Individual Entry form.
The preferred method of entry is online.
To enter the Championships online, you will be required to provide your 2012/2013 USATF membership number and password (click here to retrieve your password if you don't know it). For entries close to the deadlines: although we will make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee responses to requests for passwords. Please enter early!
Open Men, Open Women, Masters Men 40+, and Masters Men 50+ Teams
Note that only eight athletes are allowed to be on the final team declaration per event. The first eight athletes listed on your team's entry will comprise your club's declared team unless a revised team declaration is submitted online no later than 3:00 p.m. ET, December 3, 2012. Revisions to final declarations may be submitted in person at packet pick-up no later than 5:00 p.m. ET, December 7, 2012.
All Masters Women, Masters Men 60+, and Masters Men 70+ Teams
Note that only five athletes are allowed to be on the final team declaration per event. The first five athletes listed on your team's entry will comprise your club's declared team unless a revised team declaration is submitted online no later than 3:00 p.m. ET, December 3, 2012.
