If you have agendas, minutes or other documents for your committee or meeting that you would like posted in the Document Library, please contact Karl Eagleman: email@example.com. In an effort to ensure that the correct file is posted, when submitting your document please follow these standards:
To ensure that files have been approved to be posted, only documents submitted from committee chairs will be accepted.
Submit your file as a PDF.
State the name of how you would like your file to be listed.
If submitting an updated or revised version, please have the new file name saved exactly as the old file name.
