City Information
Istanbul: Istanbul (historically also known as Byzantium and Constantinople) is the largest city in Turkey and the fifth largest city in the world with a population of 13.8 million people. It is also a mega city as well as being the cultural and financial centre of Turkey.  A fun city to visit.
 
Weather: Istanbul’s weather in early March ranges from daytime highs of 45 - 55º F and lows in the 30’s.  March receives about 2.39 inches of rain with little to no snow.  It will be cold at night.
