Can this video be viewed on a Mac?
No. At this time, USATF’s streaming video player does not support Apple Products.
My password does not work
All passwords are a combination of letters, symbols, and numbers. We suggest you use "copy+paste" to enter your code.
Please note that your USATF membership number and password are NOT your login in password for the webcast. Your login information was sent via confirmation email at the time of purchase.
When I click the link to view streaming video nothing happens
The video looks bad
Video Quality is usually dictated by the amount of bandwidth and CPU resources available. This can vary from machine to machine. If you're on a wireless connection you should attempt to plug-in directly (a wired connection). We also recommend closing any other open applications to free up extra resources on the machine. Additional weather conditions (i.e. strong winds, rain, etc) may also affect sound and/or picture quality.
I am unable to see the video
Ensure that you have the latest updates and security patches for your web browser and the software that you use to view streaming video files (e.g Windows Media Player, Apple Quicktime, Microsoft Silverlight, Adobe Flash). Also, make sure that you do not have any software installed or configured that would block streaming video or internet video players.
I am locked out (my login is "in use")
Username and passwords may only be used by a single user. When you enter a login, you register it to your browser. To use the login elsewhere, please close your browser and wait up to three minutes before using your login again.
Nothing happens when I enter my login information
My login information is no longer active
Login information is suspended when abuse is detected, or when a refund is issued.
I never received a password
When you purchase a subscription, a password is mailed from "firstname.lastname@example.org" to the email address provided during the transaction. This mail may have been incorrectly filed to your "SPAM" or "Bulk Mail" folder. Please add "email@example.com" to your whitelist.
I lost or wrongly recorded my password
Please email both the email address used for login and the Transaction ID of your purchase.
I am unable to view full screen
Double click on the video player to watch full screen.
I want to view the event on my cell phone

This feature is NOT supported by the webcast. It may be possible to view, depending on your carrier. If you purchase the webcast for this purpose, it will be at your own risk.
When I login, it says that I do not have access to today's events.
The webcast player will only show the video options available for the day you sign in. Live and on-demand video options will only become available on the corresponding day that you purchased. For example, if you purchase a live webcast for Saturday, June 30th and login on Friday, June 29th you will not have access to that day's events. Your video will not become available until Saturday, June 30th (or on the corresponding day that you puchased).
Video is buffering
Buffering can be caused by connection speed to the server or too many background resources accessing your internet connection. Try closing any other open applications to free up extra resources on your machine. If the video continues to buffer for more than a few minutes you may need to "refresh" your browser, “F5.” If it continues, log out and log back in. Also, make sure that the video is actually playing and not paused.
