At just 19 years old, Arman Hall grabbed a spot on Team USA for the World Outdoor Championships in the 400m with his third place finish at the USA Outdoor Championships. A two-time World Youth Championships gold medalist, Hall anchored the winning men’s 4x400m relay in 2013 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships that helped the Florida Gators grab a share of the NCAA team title. In the 400m semi-finals at the outdoor championships in Des Moines, Hall ran a personal best of 44.82, which was the No. 6 time all-time on the U.S. junior list.
