Senior Administrative Assistant
USA Track & Field (USATF) is seeking an individual to serve as the Senior Administrative Assistant. This person will report to the Executive Office Manager and will provide administrative support to the executive staff.
Specific assignments may include

Assists executive staff with administrative duties as requested.

Manages the CEO’s and COO’s calendar/schedule for all business meetings, travel, and appointments.

Liaison to USATF’s Board of Directors.

Completes special projects as assigned by the Executive Office Manager.

Manages office supply inventory.

Composes, types, and distributes correspondence and other documents.

Facilitates special events registration and execution.
Requirements

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Minimum three years clerical or administrative experience.

Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
-
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).

High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.

Ability and willingness to work some early mornings, evenings, and weekend days.

Ability to travel for short business trips.
Salary
Salary is commensurate with experience.
