Coaching Programs Manager
Shayna Sangster joined USA Track & Field in 2008 and currently serves the national office as its coaching eduction manager. In her current role, Sangster provides support for all coaching programs, including the Level 1, 2 and 3 schools and the coaches registry.
Sangster began her role with USATF in the position of high performance coordinator before switching coaching programs coordinator in January of 2011. She was promoted to manager in January of 2012. She was hired following an operations internship with USATF in the summer of 2007.
A native of Lansing, Mich., Sangster earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Michigan University in 2008 where she also competed on the track and field team, running sprints and both hurdle events.
Sangster currently lives in Indianapolis and is completing her MBA at IUPUI. She is a strong fan of Michigan State University and enjoys running and shopping in her spare time.
