Sport Performance Operations Administrator
Kimberly Sims arrived at USA Track & Field in October of 2006 and currently serves the national office as sport performance operations administrator. Described as the “the glue” by her department, Sims works with the chief of sport performance, the director of high performance programs and the director of international & championship teams in various roles from administering the Olympic Games Friends and Family program, to working with the Athletes Advisory Committee, or working in packet pickup at USA Indoor and Outdoor championship meets.
Prior to arriving at USATF, Sims worked at Roberts & Bishop, a small law firm in Indianapolis, for five years where her duties included accounting, preparing trial briefs and attending court hearings.
A native of Indianapolis, Sims earned a degree in journalism from The Ohio State University in Columbus in 2002.
Sims lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Mack, and enjoys reading in her spare time.
