Jeff Mlynski

Jeff Mlynski was promoted to events manager in August of 2012. In his current role, Mlynski handles logistics information for a wide range of USATF events, which include multiple national championship meets and the organization’s annual meeting.

Following an internship with USATF that began in August of 2009, Mlynski was hired full time in April of 2010 as events coordinator before eventually being promoted to his current role. Before arriving at USATF, Mlynski spent two years working for a small contract healthcare provider in suburban Chicago.

A native of Des Plaines, Ill., Mlynski attended Carthage College in Kenosha, Wis., where he earned a double major in business administration and exercise sports science in 2006. While at Charthage College, he was a four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field, competing primarily in the steeplechase. He earned a masters degree in sports administration from Valparaiso University (Ind.) in 2009.

Mlynski was married to his wife, Laura, in May of 2012 and the couple resides in Indianapolis. Laura works within championships for the NCAA. Mlynski is also an avid fan of both the Chicago Cubs and the Duke Blue Devils.
