Strategic Programs Manager
Caleb Bailey was hired in the national office in July of 2013 and currently serves as manager of strategic programs. On a day-to-day basis, Bailey works to generate new programs focused on servicing and growing current association and membership programs. Within those tasks, Bailey’s efforts are focused on innovative ways to grow membership roles, improve membership benefits programs and better develop and market what USATF has to offer.
Before arriving at USATF, Bailey spent most of his career as a manager at American Funds from 2005-2012 and most recently as a store manager at the Runners Forum.
Bailey graduated from Western Carolina University in 2004 with a degree in sport management. He competed on the track and cross country teams where he qualified for the NCAA Division I championships in both cross country and the 800m.
Bailey currently lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Jennifer, and their five kids Juliet, Cooper, Keely, Delaney and Zachary.
